Rudra Cottex has developed its manufacturing infrastructure to support organized cotton spinning, efficient material movement and dependable yarn production. Located in Gujarat, India, the facility integrates production areas, warehousing, operational support systems and spinning capabilities required for manufacturing carded, combed and compact cotton yarn for hosiery, knitting and weaving applications.
The infrastructure is planned around production efficiency, process consistency and operational control, enabling different stages of yarn manufacturing to function within a structured environment. From raw-material handling and spinning operations to finished-yarn storage and dispatch, the facility supports a coordinated manufacturing workflow focused on meeting the requirements of textile customers.

Rudra Cottex’s spinning setup brings together machinery from established textile technology manufacturers to support carded, combed and compact cotton yarn production. The infrastructure includes systems for fibre preparation, carding, drawing, combing, spinning, winding and yarn handling, creating a structured production environment for different yarn counts and textile applications.
Organized Storage for Efficient Production and Dispatch
Rudra Cottex’s infrastructure includes dedicated facilities for raw-material storage, finished-yarn handling and internal material movement, supporting a structured flow from incoming cotton to finished goods. The brochure states a raw-material storage capacity of 3,726,000 kg and also highlights proper material-handling equipment as part of the manufacturing setup.
